Helpful App, Even More Helpful Customer Assistance

I have many scanned docs that crash Preview. When using this app to change the pdfs to lower quality of the high quality 300 DPI, the results cannot be visibly noticed. I tested this with multiple files viewing in Adobe with multiple people. The only way we could tell the difference was to look at the size of the file, which we very different. And now I can once again use Preview for editing. The developer is very keen on providing troubleshooting assistance as well.
